HOW TO: PERFECT EYELASHES

Recently I've switched up my mascara routine and I've had many compliments and people asking if I'm wearing falsies. Heres my secret on how I achieve perfect lashes! This little quick guide on how I achieve my perfect lashes on a daily bases, obviously steps are optional and this is just personal preference on creating a full lengthening look!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- A Spoolie Brush
- Mascara
- Eyelash Curler
- Primer (Optional)

To start you'll need to make sure that there is no residue or leftover product on your eyelashes before starting. This makes it easier to apply a clean coat of mascara and a less clumpy look as an end result. I then start to brush them through with a spoolie brush to separate the lashes. Next up I like to curl them using my Shu Uemura Eyelash Curlers as they create a hold that lasts all day. I start by curling them in 3 stages; close to the root, in the middle and then on the tip to get maximum lift. I find that this helps to create the curl that I love and also helps to make my lashes look fluttery and longer!

I then brush through my lashes again with the spoolie before applying any product just incase the curlers had created a clump of lashes together. Next apply the Benefit They're Real Tinted Primer to prime the lashes before adding a mascara. I've found that this product works really well for me and I've seen an improvement when using this compared to not using it.

Finally I add 2 coats of L'Oreal's Feline mascara which I've really enjoyed using the past few months as the wand is easy to work with. I like to use the end of the wand to again separate the lashes and create the desired look! Then when you're done fiddling around and arranging the lashes to how you like them, you'll have fabulous looking lashes!

Whats your favourite mascara?

Thanks,
Laura x
