It's fun looking back at the week and realising patterns in your mood and makeup picks you made. As you can see last week was a nude and MAC week. There are also 7 lip products due to me being extra by layering and experimenting with formulas recently...
Starting the week with MAC Mud Wrestler x MAC Creme D'Nude layered together. I really loved this lip combo and layering the matte and cremesheen formulas from MAC seemed to work really well together.
Carrying on the nude theme I went for MAC Japanese Maple which is a cremesheen formula. I opted for my lighter nude lip options due to being on a fake tan detox (which failed last night).
The middle of the week was for my all-time favourite, MAC Really Me. I paired this with the MAC Oyster Girl Lipglass. I decided to add a gloss over the top of this matte formula to create a comfortable wear, it's been really cold recently and the weather has taken its toll on my skin!
Thursday was for my YSL Rouge Volupte in shade 1. This is my ride or die and I've been searching for this lip colour in the UK ever since purchasing it in 2016 in Canada. I've asked multiple YSL counters and I've had no luck. Internet do you know what happened to this gorgeous lipstick so I can buy 167392 back-ups?
Ending the week with another mix of MAC Mud Wrestler x MAC Well Loved. I decided on mixing Well Loved over the top due to the glaze formula makes the matte more comfortable on the lip. Bring on the summer!
