It's March. It's snowing. It's cold. Isn't it meant to be Spring already?! As I'm sure you're all aware, the UK has come to a standstill at a few inches of snow (but who doesn't love a day off of work to pamper and refresh yourself)! Staying hydrated is key to feeling smooth and silky in bitterly cold weather, I've chosen a few key favourites of mine at the minute that help me out on days like this.
First up is keeping those hands smooth and soft. I recently bought this Byredo Hand Cream in Suede and I am OBSESSED. This is the full-size product which is priced at £44.00. The smell of this is delicious and makes me feel very luxurious whenever I'm using it. I would like to purchase the travel sizes in Gypsy Water and D' Afrique as they sound just as good (also handbag friendly).
I like keeping hydrated with my MAC Fix + or a recent favourite my Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist. Both do a similar thing by refreshing my face and adding back in the moisture that could have been lost due to cold weather.
Moisturise. Moisturise. Moisturise. This new Origins Original Skin Matte Moisturiser is actually one of my favourites! I sometimes find that after moisturising my face feels slimy and greasy but with this none of that happens! Its magic in a pot and looks great under foundation. Don't let the matte wording fool you, it still allows for a glowy and radiant complexion just without the sweaty look. I cannot rave about this enough, I didn't think it was possible to fall in love with a moisturiser but it is...
Ever since October my Eve Nom Kiss Mix has taken a back seat to the Glossier Balm Dotcom. Chapped, cracked lips? No problem. It's honestly like a miracle in a tube. The packaging of these is adorable and easy to use making it a perfect handbag item. I've raved about these enough by now so onto the Dior Lip Glow Colour Reviver Balm. I own 3 of these bad boys and love each of them equally (maybe the Holo Pink one slightly more). It's the perfect amount of colour to look alive with a lip balm. If you haven't tried these where have you been?!
